Remuneration
We offer fair pay across all levels and in all positions, regardless of gender, age, origin, language, faith and relationship preferences. New employees are selected according to the best qualifications. Our pension fund follows a defined benefit system. This means that retirement benefits are calculated on the basis of the insured salary. The benefit amount is defined in advance as a function of the last insured salary. The decisive factor here is not how much retirement capital the insured person has saved, but how high his or her last insured salary was before retirement
Working conditions and benefits
Our employees work 41 hours a week and enjoy progressive social benefits, flexible working time models and at least 5 weeks of relaxation time. We have free parking at the central work location in Zollikofen and a staff restaurant that prepares fresh, healthy menus every day. Vegan and vegetarian alternatives are a matter of course. In addition, everyone benefits from perks, e.g., fuel at the company's own filling station, a charging point for e-bikes, low-cost holiday flats and a login to a benefits / employee offers platform. There is also the possibility of doing sports over lunch - we have a dojo with changing rooms and showers. Long-term commitment is rewarded with additional holiday days or a loyalty bonus - according to the employee's choice.

There is a great deal of flexibility in the performance and execution of the varied tasks. Helpfulness, support and a collegial working atmosphere characterise our cooperation. We also allow home office: Our employees can work up to two days per week remotely.
